  • Monica Hartney – VP/Project Manager.  Designer /Builder 25 Years experience in historical property renovations. With degrees in Fine Arts and Business Management, Monica has put the two together to weave an amazing list of accomplishments and leadership in her field of design and construction and historical preservation.

From running and operating her own design firm, to traveling the world for extensive remodel and construction projects, Monica continues to be a consistent trend setter in the design and preservation industry.

Her depth of knowledge and overall Operational business strengths, have given her the aptitude and valor important to impel and inspire others.  She is innovative, dynamic, and a natural-born leader

Renee's dedication to philanthropic causes has been a strong focus in her work which showcases the human spirit and inspires change.  She spends countless hours bringing education, awareness and support for many cause related endeavors and campaigns with a particular emphasis in sustainability, work with young people, and the environment.
